GTA 2012 AUSTRALIAN JIU JITSU CHAMPIONSHIPS

BIG NEWS. After a great 2011 running our first events we have locking in our first event for 2012.

GTA is all about creating events FOR the competitors. Keeping this in mind and listening to the Jiu Jitsu community as a whole we have created very clear goals for our events.

1. To ensure the best possible competitions for the actual competitors. It is about the people who get on the mat to show u...s their Jits at the end of the day.

2. Put every cent we make back into the competitors/art by sending the stand outs overseas!

The result is GTA will be running only TWO events each year.

Our first event for 2012 will be the GTA AUSTRALIAN JIU JITSU CHAMPIONSHIPS - Sunday May 13th @ State Netball & Hockey Centre.

Standouts in each of the coloured belt division will earn sponsored trips to head to the US for a major tournament of their choosing as well as a training camp to help prepare!!!

It doesn't get much better than this :-D

Toward the end of the year we will be running the GTA AUSTRALIAN NO-GI JIU JITSU CHAMPIONSHIPS. The date for this event will be announced later in the year.
